These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fire & Fizz services, including our studio, website at fireandfizz.co, and SMS notification program. By visiting our studio or providing your phone number, you agree to these terms.

SMS Notification Program

Program Name: Fire & Fizz Customer Notifications

Program Description: Fire & Fizz sends transactional SMS notifications to customers including order status updates, pottery pickup reminders, waitlist notifications, and booking confirmations.

Consent: By providing your phone number to Fire & Fizz in-studio or through our online booking system, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your order or visit.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order and visit activity. You may receive between 1 and 5 messages per visit.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Studio Policies

All pottery pieces must be picked up within 60 days of completion
Fire & Fizz is not responsible for pieces not picked up within 60 days
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance
Fire & Fizz reserves the right to refuse service

Liability

Fire & Fizz is not liable for:

Natural variations in glaze color or texture resulting from the firing process
Pieces damaged due to customer error during painting
Delays in firing due to equipment maintenance or high volume periods

Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and technology used to operate Fire & Fizz services are proprietary and protected. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or reproduction of any Fire & Fizz systems is strictly prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at https://www.fireandfizz.co/legal/terms-conditions.
